49min - The Martial Mechanics, a team of garage staff with a passion for judo, take on the Kiwi Go-Karters to build a hovercraft that can float over land and water

49min - It's a fast-firing Scrapheap shootout as two teams race against the clock to build contraptions that will propel golf balls at amazing speeds

49min - Lisa Rogers and Robert Llewellyn present one of the most testing challenges ever as the teams compete to build machines that can guide them round a course they can't even see

Episode 5

49min - Lisa Rogers and Robert Llewellyn challenge a trio of London Underground engineers and three Formula One car designers to build a machine that can travel at speed on both road and rail

Episode 6

49min - Two teams are given the formidable challenge of making a full size clockwork car. Lisa Rogers and Robert Llewellyn preside over the challenge.

Episode 7

49min - The Young Ones and The Barley Pickers have to build balancing rigs to carry vats brimming with liquid around an unfeasibly uneven course, spilling as little as they can along the way

Episode 8

49min - The Hammerlocks, three wrestlers from Coventry, and the Tunnel Ratz, a trio of London Underground engineers, are asked to make massive one-wheel motorbikes

Episode 9

49min - For this challenge, the teams must go back in time. The Martial Mechanics and the Boat Bouys must build tugboats, but using only technology that predates the invention of the propeller.

Episode 10

49min - The Coventry wrestlers and the Hammerlocks have to dig deep - the challenge is to build a machine that can dig up as much sand as possible in a given time

Episode 11

49min - The challenge is to build destroyers that can sink the enemy team's giant galleons in a massive Scrapheap water war

Episode 12

49min - Scrapheap's Series 5 grand final saw the Barley Pickers line up against last year's winners, the Cat-alysts, in our most awesome challenge ever: to fling a Mini over the horizon
