Chueco is tired of sharing the kids’ bedroom and needs his independence, but there are no spare rooms in the house. Chueco decides to take action. After failing to take Juan and Amanda’s room, he moves to the garden as a protest. Juan yields to the pressure and clears out the basement. Chueco turns the basement into the coolest room in the house, decorating it with a 70-inch TV set, a nacho-making machine, and a trampoline. When Juan asks him where he got all that stuff, the answer arrives at the door, when the neighbors show up complaining that someone has been stealing their packages. Once again, Chueco has gotten Juan into trouble, but the solution is not simple this time.
