50min - Anne Shirley, a young orphan is sent to live with Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert, siblings in their fifties and sixties after a childhood spent in strangers' homes and orphanages.

Part 2

49min - Anne reconciles with her friend Diana after she saves her sister from a disease. She makes friends with Diana's rich aunt who invites them over. Anne demonstrates her academic excellence over and over again by going to Queen's college to get her teaching license. Anne's relationship with Gilbert intensifies.
