44min - DS Jenn Townsend races to a scene of unfolding horror for the Metcalf family. As Police Family Liaison Officer she has to gain their trust to help Manning and the MIU uncover the truth of what happened.

45min - Morecambe rallies around the grieving Metcalf family. Jenn and the team find key evidence that all was not well in the Metcalf's home while Jenn's own homelife causes sleepless nights and disagreements with Chris.

44min - The Metcalf kids struggle to cope with their loss while Dean surprises Jenn by pushing to return to work. Some CCTV evidence leads to a major development while Chris and Erin's disagreements leave Jenn frustrated.

44min - Confronted with another life changing event Dean is unable to deal with his grief. Tensions run high and Jenn fears he will do something he regrets. Distracted by work, Jenn fails to see the troubles her own children are facing.

Episode 5

45min - An old case puts a stop to Dean's work plans and makes Manning insecure, having second thoughts about his future in the force. An assessor from Divisional HQ arrives and puts their work practices under the microscope.

44min - Jenn is determined to prove who attacked her family. She's forced to focus on the cases in hand as Manning questions his future plans, knowing that whatever he decides will have huge consequences.
