46min - Smoothie befriends Hailey, who realizes her parents lie. Nick and Merry seek out a former kids' show host linked to both Sonny's past and aging Nazis.
41min - Nick eats some hallucinogenic goo and has a bad trip on Hailey's birthday. Dayglo Doug and Sonny Shine confront each other back where it all began.
40min - Nick and Merry infiltrate one of the orgies at Sonny Shine's HQ. Happy and fellow imaginary character Bo Peep move way past the friend zone.
40min - Orcus, God of Death, fully takes over Blue as pieces of his evil plan are revealed. Nick tries to save Amanda, who's under Sonny's drug-induced spell.
48min - Smoothie kidnaps a willing Hailey and teaches her to "make a friend of death." Sonny's apocalyptic Easter special hits a snag thanks to Merry.
48min - Amanda gives birth and things quickly go haywire. Sonny perseveres with the Easter show in spite of setbacks. Merry joins a secret society.
47min - Sonny's Easter holiday special is a smash, but not exactly in the way its host intended. Nick makes a Faustian bargain, and Happy meets the Creator.
...a show that delights in trying to go to extremes when it comes to the content...
You might even find that it jerks a tear or two out of you when you least expect it. Absolutely marvelous.
Season 1 was good. Season 2 not so much.
