46min - To Joyce's annoyance, former guest Sam is now a holiday rep. Evicted from his flat, Kenneth sleeps in the salon where he meets Stanley, his late uncle Horace's dentist. Upon learning the truth, Liam gives Kenneth the means to get a new home. Tiger gets extremely drunk and hooks up with the much older Loretta, who turns out to be Sheron's mother.
46min - Kenneth starts a mini-cab business. Joyce is asked to go to a conference in Barcelona but panics when she finds out she has to make a speech in Spanish. Elsewhere, Sheron's mother, Loretta, arrives at the Solana to join the family on holiday, and it turns out she had already made quite an impression in Benidorm the night before. Joey thinks he has managed to sign Tiger and himself up for a free trip to Ibiza, but things do not go according to plan.
46min - Jodie has to film an audition for a television advert to send to a casting agency but needs a couple to pose as grandparents. Let down by her meat supplier, Joyce asks Mateo to help, so he enlists Les's aid, leading them to a suspicious farm. Sam joins Joey and Tiger to strip to their underpants to promote a local bar. Kenneth, meanwhile, believes there is a spy in the salon.
46min - Troy arrives in Benidorm and is annoyed with Kenneth over his unlicensed taxi service. Kenneth's careless lifestyle threatens his relationship with Liam. With Loretta taking Jodie to England for her TV commercial, every other member of the Dawson family plans to make use of her upmarket room. Unfortunately, they all arrive at the same time and get thrown out.
46min - Joyce asks Sir Henry to cover for her while she is at her conference in Barcelona. Sam gets free tickets to the dinosaur park, and Liam has a day off. When Tiger and Joey hear about the free trip, they decide that they want to get involved too, but end up being roped into being the entertainment for the park's visitors, with disastrous results.
45min - Sir Henry is still covering for Joyce while the Solana is due to put on a psychic convention. Sam sees a chance to boost her income, making Psychic Sue suspicious. Billy receives life-changing advice from Uri Geller but drives his family crazy with his new positive way of thinking. Meanwhile, Tiger and Rob decide that Joey's mathematical talents would come in handy for a profitable trip to the casino, and Pauline reveals that she is pregnant, but who is the father?
45min - When a ban is placed on alcohol in Benidorm due to a religious festival, the guests are determined to ignore it despite the staff trying their best to enforce the new rules. Meanwhile, while Joyce is away, Sam sees another opportunity to make a few extra euros. Pauline's mysterious Malcolm arrives.
45min - Joyce returns from Barcelona just as the alcohol ban ends, to the guests' delight. Pauline finds herself succumbing to Malcolm, to her family's horror. Malcolm seems to have the upper hand until Kenneth comes out with a revelation. Kenneth seeks advice from Jacqueline and Troy after Liam joins a self-help group.
46min - When a hotel worker accidentally pollutes the swimming pool with weed killer, Joyce organizes a trip to the circus for the guests while the pool gets refilled. In the meantime, Monty pulls strings to get the pool cleaned in time, and an evening concert by Jacqueline's friends ends the day on a perfect note for the guests. Despite setbacks for some, Monty has a proposal for Joyce.
