Agent Rod Cooper works for the super secret OS squad of Interpol. He’s on a mission in Europe, investigating a Cuban colonel creating a team of hit men to assassinate a foreign leader. Cooper joins the terrorist organization in disguise, and has to deal with shapely lesbian heroin addicts.
