19min - In today’s episode, Henrique lands in the United Kingdom to cook fish and chips. Then he’ll make bangers and mash and to finish it off right, a decadent dessert: apple crumble.
20min - In this episode, we go to Italy again, where the cuisine is globally renown. That’s why Henrique will make a beautiful caramelized onion focaccia, a mushroom risotto, and a delicious panna cotta in a jar.
19min - We are back in Greece. This time Henrique will make some familiar chicken satay but with a tzatziki sauce. Then he makes a peixe ao sal (fish with a salt coating) with roasted potatoes and olives. To finish it off, he presents a walnut and orange cake.
19min - We are in North Africa again. Morocco is our next destination, and Henrique will make a tasty vegetable couscous, a fish chermoula, and a glamorous ktefa.
19min - In this episode, Henrique goes back to Lebanon, where he’ll cook carrot and chickpea falafel. Then he’ll make a delicious calf shawarma pita. To finish it off, he cooks a sumac chicken with roasted vegetables.
19min - Back in Thailand, a country well known for its combination of sweet and savory flavors, Henrique will make a mango salad and tom kha gai, or chicken and coconut soup. To end on a sweet note, he’ll make a sweet rice pudding with coconut and banana.
18min - Henrique lands in Japan to present us with three typical recipes from this country. He starts with a miso soup, then he crafts the globally famous sushi bowl and some super fluffy Japanese soufflé pancakes.
19min - Almost at the end of the season, we go back to China, a country well known for its spices and exotic flavors. To showcase these, Henrique will make a Chinese fried rice, a Sichuan pepper chicken dish, and to finish it off, a five-spice chocolate cake.
19min - We finish another 'Comtradição' season by landing in India. To close on a highly flavorful note, Henrique will make vegetable samosas, a delicious fish curry, and a frozen dessert similar to ice cream: thandai kulfi.
