1h - Chef Ramsay asks for a volunteer to switch sides. The group dynamic changes as the teams face their next challenge: creating four dishes using twenty specific ingredients.
1h - In the opening challenge, the two teams compete in a relay race. The winners earn surfing lessons while the losers must clean Hell's Kitchen from top to bottom.
1h - Chef Ramsay inspires the six contestants by taking them to the restaurant that this season's winner will run. Season three winner Rock Harper makes a guest appearance.

1h - The final four contestants prepare lunch for surprise guests: eighty picky pregnant moms. The chef whose dish they favor wins a $1,000 shopping spree. The others must clean up.
1h - Chef Ramsay prepares breakfast for the remaining chefs, then asks them to replicate the dish. Later, Ramsay sabotages the dinner service to see how the contestants react to adversity.
1h - The two finalists visit Chef Ramsay's New York City restaurant, where their signature dishes are judged by the executive chefs of Ramsay's other restaurants.
1h - The fourth season comes to a close as the finalists work together with previously eliminated contestants for the last dinner service.
