Genetic researcher Han So Jin (Jung In Sun) is sick of bad relationships. So she turns to her specialty – DNA research – in a bid to help her find her perfect match. By analyzing possible suitors’ DNA compatibility, she hopes to find a soulmate. The search leads her to two very different men: the obstetrician Shim Yeon Woo (Choi Siwon) and the dashing but stubborn firefighter Seo Kang Hoon (Lee Tae Hwan). As both fall for her, she soon realizes she has a decision to make. Will she be able to harness the power of genetics to determine who she should end up with?
