After narrowly escaping a massacre that killed nearly her entire family, Qiu Ruo Ran (Jiang Zhi Nan) vows to seek revenge on the perpetrator: the Xiao family. She adopts a new name and identity as Jiang Ru Ruo and infiltrates the Xiao family as a secretary, hoping to uncover their secrets and rescue her brother who's been taken captive.
