20min - In today’s episode, Henrique travels to Western Asia to make three Lebanese recipes. The first one will be a starter: chickpea and baba ghanoush hummus. Then he will make tabbouleh salad with chicken breast and to finish it off, a delicious yogurt and pistachio cake.
20min - In today’s episode, we continue our journey along the Asian continent in Thailand. This time Henrique will begin by making vegetable rolls with rice paper. Then he’ll make a delicious Thai shrimp rice and to finish it off, a fish curry-- but a green one.
20min - Today Henrique’s plane lands in Japan. The three recipes in this episode will be a vegetable and shrimp tempura, a ramen à la Sá Pessoa, and a castella cake with matcha.
20min - In today’s episode, we travel to the biggest country in Eastern Asia, China. This time Henrique will make dim sum à la Sá Pessoa and a spicy and sour soup. To finish it all off he crafts a hot and cold dessert: the super decadent fried ice cream.
20min - We arrive at the last Asian country in 'Comtradição,' India. Henrique will begin today’s episode with red onion bhajis with carrot and pepper. Then he will make a lentil dal with rice and papadums. He will finish it off on a high note with a tandoori chicken dish with raisins and curcuma rice.
19min - Comtradição' is back in Brazil. Now, Henrique will make a fish moqueca and the well-known cuscuz-paulista. Then for dessert we have a quindim, but this time it's in a glass.
22min - Henrique lands in Peru again to present three more recipes. Today he starts with a famous quinoa salad before making a grouper ceviche. To end on a sweet note, he makes a pear dessert.
19min - Back in Mexico, Henrique will present a tasty tortilla soup. Then he makes some crispy rolled flautas with a pico de gallo for dipping. At the end we sample a recipe for chili con carne.
21min - To kick off another visit to the United States, Henrique will make a cockle soup. Then he will make a typical bacon cheeseburger. To finish it off, he takes inspiration from the American South for a classic Southern dessert, pecan pie.
19min - In this episode we go back to Spain to indulge in croquetas. Then Henrique makes a potato tortilla with codfish. Finally, he delights us with a beautiful fabada Asturiana (an Asturian broad bean stew) that doesn’t use broad beans, contrary to its name.
