Richard and Adam Hills charter a yacht to cross the Bosphorus into Asia but decide they prefer the ferry back. They dine out on raki and tripe soup, which they decide is perhaps a little "too Turkish." Adam tries his hand at bartering when he buys a carpet in the Grand Bazaar, and Richard subjects himself to a traditional Turkish shave with a cut-throat razor.
