Police surround the Tsuganei Tower as two teens ascend to its top. Masaki and his eccentric companion Harumi have a bomb with them - and they're determined to bring about drastic change.
Is there more to Harumi than she's letting on? Kana rushes to meet the teens' demands as the bomb exposes what lies at the heart of the tower.
The events that began 10 years ago finally come to a climax as Masaki, overwhelmed by Harumi's injuries, unintentionally activates the accelerator. Two worlds are about to collide.
