55min - Players stand on top of a moving Bus. Contestants spend three minutes with their head in the plexiglass box and creatures are dropped in. Contestants must walk the perimeter of a square made up of four twenty-foot sections of box truss.
50min - Contestant walks the wing of a bi-plane in flight. We fill a plexiglass basin with water, plums, ribbon and garter snakes, and one big albino snake. To jump a car off a two level parking structure with the furthest distance.
55min - Contestants must ride a bull for eight seconds. Each contestant eats poached cow's brain, served cold, and go the furthest distance after being ratcheted up with rope swinging down.
55min - Jump from one moving boat to another. Climb into a fishing boat tank filled with dead squid and retrieve weights from the bottom. Contestants shimmy out on a flag pole that is approximately 20 feet from the building, free the flag and shimmy back.
50min - Players climb out over the skid and underneath the helicopter. Contestants shoot at target, determining the number of boiled pig rectums they will have to eat. Contestants must navigate around the ledge of a tall building.

55min - Contestants bob in plexiglass box of waxworms. A player also climbs out of a blimp and onto a rope ladder.
55min - Climb a rope ladder into a helicopter. Eat the blended concoction you are given. Move flags from the first to the last pole.
55min - To run through a vertical obstacle course. Contestants will put their head inside the box with 24 rats. To cross a plank suspend between to speeding semi-trucks.
1h 20min - Celebrity 2. To move flags from one open window across and around the outside of a building. To separate and move white snakes out of a group of green. To escape from a submerged cage and swim to a life ring.
1h 20min - To hang from a bridge. To eat Pig Uterus in the allotted time. To walk on suspended plates.
55min - Contestants enter the water where there is a 30-yard long tunnel, then eat unhatched duck embryo in the form of the street food balut. Contestants must also ride a bicycle across a 10" wide plank that is suspended between two buildings.
50min - Jump from a moving helicopter onto a floating platform. Place 60 pink-toed tarantulas into a torture hat and stay still for 3 minutes. Lie down in a tube as water is pumped in. Are you scared yet?
50min - To stand naked in public. Contestants have to eat 0-5 live Madagascar hissing cockroaches. Players are wrapped in heavy chain around their ankles and submerged into a tank of water.
50min - Gathering as many flags as possible. Playing a game of pool to eat bizarre items. These stunts and more are the challenges contestants face in this episode.
55min - Clip show of the greatest moments from Season 2.
55min - To unlock the Fear Factor straight-jacket the quickest. To gather the most flags the fastest.
55min - Would you be brave enough to swim with alligators and face the Fear Factor buffet? Players must also make their way through the inside of a runaway tanker truck to retrieve a key and unlock the box.
