Three women from the Caribbean, are all carrying brand new handbags filled with cocaine, and the K9 unit sniff out a Portugese traveler who seems to be innocent - at first. Then, X-rays reveal the drug-filled capsules swallowed by a man bound for Mexico; he suffers from hypertension, and cannot take the drugs he needs for his condition until he expels his swallowed narcotics, so he is rushed to the hospital. At the mail facility, narcotics are found concealed in toys, while other smugglers are caught when their fake IDs are detected.
