Shu Yan (Li Mo Zhi) hasn't had it easy: after losing her family, she managed to become highly educated and successful, but ended up betrayed by both her boyfriend and her best friend. In a strange twist, Shu Yan finds herself reborn into the past – and this time, she won't be pushed around so easily. She decides to take back her power, fighting back against her former boyfriend and regaining her sense of self.
