41min - Siri Eftedal visits a former participant to get some help with the training. Martin plans a brutal session to see how far they've come, while reminding them that they still have a long way to go.
42min - Life consists of most weekdays, how do the participants face the time pressure and the temptations that appear everywhere?
42min - The participants approach the halfway point and Anette travels around to take the necessary measurements of each individual. Stian says that he works hard, but he finds this terribly difficult. Especially mentally!
42min - It's not just about going through a big lifestyle change. Mental trainer, Karina Hollekim has a chat with some of the participants about what might be a good idea to address if you want to make a lasting change work.
42min - There is almost only one month left of 16 weeks of hell. Martin has therefore invited the participants to a cozy training camp in the Olympic city of Lillehammer! We also get a reunion with two former participants, Agnete Huseby and Mads Clemmetsen!
42min - The training camp at Lillehammer will end with a lead-heavy session, designed by Martin's brother Sondre Sundby. Dennis will also get to make up for the 3,000 meters that he had to break at the previous meeting.
43min - The last effort must be made and Martin knows exactly which buttons to press to get them to squeeze the last out of the lemon. It will be exciting to see how far they have managed to move their physical goals in the gym.
42min - The last day of 16 weeks of hell is here, the hour of reckoning is before the contestants. Several have moved borders that were not possible to cross. Now they have to show each other how far they have come!
