The year is 1993, and Yeung Kwong Yiu (William Chan) is a senior inspector in the major crimes unit investigating a serial murder case. With the help of his former superior, Kwong Yiu assumes a new identity, re-enters the police force, and partners with officer Chan Hoi Ching (Cya Liu).
