Joy bullies Randy, which reminds Earl that he bullied Wally Panzer at school. Now Wally's a gigantic weight lifter and totally image conscious. Earl offers to help Wally win the Mr. Camden bodybuilding contest as a way of crossing him off the list, while Randy starts injecting shark adrenaline. When Randy's roids start to make him act crazy, he and Wally get into a huge brawl, which ends when Randy stands up to Joy.
