At Matthew's naming ceremony Adam tells everyone he finds it hard to love his son. He and Rachel have a heart to heart. Furious that Karen is seeing Mark again, David instructs his lawyer to fight the divorce. Karen instructs her lawyer to seek sole residence for the children. Ramona plays hard to get with Lee. Pete and Jo are interviewed by the Immigration Department to confirm the legitimacy of their marriage and Pete begins to wonder about Jo's real reason for getting married. Adam is made redundant and Rachel goes back to work. David goes to dinner with his lawyer and an attraction builds between them.
