1h - Contestant will be laying on their back on a plexi-glass platform that is hung from a helicopter. Contestants will determine how much of the animals they will have to eat. Contestant will have to cross beams placing flags along the way.
1h - Contestant will be locked in a plexi-glass box that will be hung from a crane, lowered into the water. A contestant bobs into a tank of fluid. One will be driving the main car and the other will be driving the ramp car along a flatbed semi truck.
1h - Contestants sit on a bicycle on top of one of two semi trucks. Contestants have to pick up hornworms and squeeze the juice out into a glass. Contestant must walk on beam from one building to another.

1h - Contestants will walk across a truss suspended above the ground wearing a chain mail suit. Contestants will shoot a flaming arrow from a cross bow at a scarecrow target. Contestant is secured into an upright coffin, filled with bugs.
1h - Contestants will climb out of the moving tram and grab a net attached to the tram. Contestants will drink a shake consisting of rats. A plexi-glass wall with a lip hangs under the helicopter and they must traverse the wall releasing flags along the way.
1h 15min - Contestants will be standing on opposite platforms suspended in the air. Contestants will be locked in a cage and hung from a crane. Contestant will have to siphon fluid out of containers and into a funnel. A contestant will cross a beam above ground.
1h - Poles will be attached and hung off the dump truck off the ground. Plexiglas box is buried in the sand and filled with water and sand. Contestants will be standing on a car that is suspended over the water by a crane.
1h - Contestants will be standing on top of a platform that covers a water tank. A blindfolded contestant is guided by their partner's verbal commands to a tank filled with leeches. Contestants will be standing a tube that is suspended in the air from a crane.
1h - Contestant will be standing on the platform that is suspended. Contestants will lick bugs off of ropes. A glass tube is suspended vertically from a crane with the top sealed and the bottom open and submerges in a pool.
1h 15min - Contestant will be in a dingy that is being towed by a net attached to the back end of the schooner. Contestants will be standing on a plank above the water. Contestants have Thanksgiving dinner. Contestant will start on a platform above the water.
1h - Contestants will be bound to a chair, that will be suspend over the water. Dressed in a dog bite protection suit, contestants must climb out of a specially designed chimney and into an enclosed room. Contestant must drive their car towards a pipe ramp.
1h - Contestants are standing on top of one of two semi trucks traveling. Contestants will play a game to determine how many disgusting donuts they will have to eat. Contestants will be standing on a truss structure that is above the water.
1h - In this head to head couples stunt the male contestants will be hung by their ankles under individual helicopters. Each team will be in their own massive trough filled with fish guts, squid, and fish scales.
1h - In this couples stunt the contestants will be standing at a podium on the roof of a 5 story building. The first contestant loads a piece of cow stomach onto a catapult, which will launch the stomach down range to their partner
1h - In this head to head couples stunt, each team is seated in the front of their own car. Male contestants head is placed through a hole cut into the bottom of a slightly angled plexi-sewer pipe, his arms are shackled around the outside of the pipe.
1h - In this stunt one of the contestants will be seated on a platform above the water wearing weighted boots. Laying face down on the floor, contestants' heads are placed in separate medieval looking helmets, filled with snakes and rats.
1h - Contestants will each be standing on the back of a flatbed truck driving down the edge of a pier. Contestant must guide their blindfolded partner through a maze of electrical tripwires.
1h - In this couples stunt, each contestant will be standing on a beam that is suspended in the air off the sides of a train box car. In a banquet room, couples will feed each other as much disgusting food as they can.
1h - Both contestants in the finals will be riding on the back of an Ultraboat as a helicopter settles in overhead. Male contestant is placed in a bamboo cage filled with large bullfrogs, which is then lowered into a pit.
1h 45min - A rope will be suspended between two helicopters. Contestants will be standing in a tall cage. Contestants must discover a key to a ‘box of worms', which will be transferred onto a scale.
1h - Contestant is locked by their waist to the drivers seat and wrist to the steering wheel. Contestants determine the quantity and variety of Fear Factor Sushi they will have to eat. A six-inch wide beam will be sticking out perpendicular from a roof top.
1h 30min - Contestants will be seated in a helicopter and hanging directly under the skids. One of the partners will be dangling by their ankles and hanging by their ankle.
1h - One teammate will start hanging upside-down from a crane bound by their wrists and ankles in the air. Contestants with the highest card will determine who gets what cocktail. Couples will be strung parallel of each other from windows.
1h - Contestants will be standing on the bottom ledge of plexiglass wall that is suspended over the water from a crane. Newlywed couples will have to tear apart a Fear Factor wedding cake filled with insects.
1h - Contestants will be standing on a beam above the water and must make their way around the structure. Contestant will climb through a plexi-glass tunnel. A struss structure will be wrapped by cargo netting and hung beneath a 212 helicopter.
1h - A beam will be hung above another beam. Contestants are to devour the covered trays that conceal six different types of Fear Factor Sausage. Both team members will be seated in separate stunt cars on opposite ends of a track.
1h - Contestants will be standing on opposite skids of the same helicopter. Contestants are hogtied with duct tape on the floor of a meat locker. Contestants will be lying on their backs in a 72-foot-long trough on the roof of a building.
