It’s 1614 and the Iga and the Kouga, two rival ninja clans, have carved out a truce after centuries of bitter warfare. The two young heirs to leadership of the clans, the beautiful Oboro and the gifted Gennosuke, are betrothed and hope through their union to finally bring an end to the bloodshed. But the Shogunate has other plans.
