Cao Yan Bing has become the Soul Guardian of Rakshasa Street, a strange zone where he does battle with evil spirits. He has teamed up with a young woman named Xia Ling, whose body is host to a powerful guardian spirit. After many adventures, they have added more companions to their team. And, in a bid to learn where his parents are, the team has ventured to the Reed Flower Ancient Tower in search of answers. Standing in their way, however, are four formidable guardians. Can the gang overcome the odds to discover the truth about Yan Bing’s past? This 2023 Chinese animated series, direct by Yin Jia Geng and Wang Shi Xu, picks up where the second film left off and is based on Xu Chen's comic book series.
