In this sequel to the 1987 cult classic, Magneta Faze is brought back into duty for a new mission. A mysterious chemical is hidden inside of a Russian nuclear reactor site and the Russians are using the reactor as a cover for their experiments: the chemical is being used to create an army of super invincible, nuclear-powered robo ninja killers. This terrific bone-crunching, kung fu-filled movie is from William X. Lee (Bulletproof Jesus) and is loaded with wall-to-wall action.
