Claudio Falco was an MMA fighting champion until the fateful day in the ring when he went too far and crippled his opponent for life. Tormented by guilt, Claudio quit fighting and embarked on a new career as a police detective. Now his younger brother Michele is an up-and-coming MMA champ who is about to fight in the biggest match of his life. But Michele has fallen in with Nico Malatesta, the nephew of a mafia kingpin. When he disobeys the criminal's orders to throw the match, Nico's henchman shoots Michele and leaves him for dead, then kidnaps his young daughter. With his brother in a coma and his niece a hostage, Claudio is given an ultimatum: in order to save the girl's life and appease the criminals who have harmed his family, he must go back into the ring for one final match.
