23min - Lacey is a dog who was recently paralyzed after an accident. She desperately needs a cart to move and stop her muscles from deteriorating. Derrick travels to North Carolina and tries to build Lacey the largest custom cart he has ever attempted.
23min - Aries is a gentle sheep in need of a custom cart in order to stand and Lois is a loving cow who needs prosthetics to walk. Derrick immediately sees that he has a huge challenge ahead if he wants to help Aries and Lois.
23min - Shadow is dog who was born missing her entire front legs, making it nearly impossible for her to move around safely. Derrick travels to California to build a custom cart for Shadow, but her unusual body shape forces him to think outside of the box.
23min - Frida is a dog who was rescued from Thailand after a traumatic injury left her partially paralyzed and walking on the back of her paws. Derrick travels to California to help, but Frida’s anxiety and unusual deformity makes it very challenging.
23min - Zoey is a puppy who lost her front leg at birth. Zoey’s human mom Cindy is also an amputee; she understands how a prosthetic is life changing. Derrick needs to build a prosthetic for Zoey before she gets older and places more pressure on her joints.
23min - Trigger is a dog who was born missing a front leg and now suffers from arthritis in his good leg. Derrick travels to California to help but realizes that Trigger needs more than just one prosthetic to get him walking again.
23min - Menina is a lamb who was born with bone deformities and cannot stand on her own. Derrick travels to Hawaii to help, but he is shocked at the severity of Menina’s deformities. Unsure what will work, Derrick is ready to take a big risk with his design.
23min - Gaia is a nurturing sheep and a new mom who lost her back leg and is struggling to keep up with her baby. Derrick wants to make a prosthetic for Gaia, but the complex alignment of her back legs makes this an extremely challenging case.
23min - On his last stop, Derrick flies to Utah to help Hope, a goat who lost part of her back leg. Hope’s owner, Gentry, wants to learn to build prosthetics. With Gentry’s help, Derrick works to make sure that Hope accepts his design before he returns home.
