22min - Krang's Docilizer Ray invention causes earthlings to behave timidly and fearfully, putting him in control. Leonardo and Raphael transport themselves to the Fairy Tale Dimension.
22min - Envisioning the future without the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Shredder and his sinister cohort transport themselves to the year 2036. However, the Turtles are elderly, not dead.
23min - Shredder brings the holograms of legendary ninjas the Kojima Brothers to life to battle the Turtles and clear the way for Krang to arrive from Dimension X.
23min - Michelangelo is turtle-napped by mutant lizard Mondo Gecko who turned to a life of crime thanks to the evil Mr. X.
23min - Krang plans to use a large rocket's vapor trail to rain mutagen over the city when nerdy delivery boy Seymour Guts falls into Shredder's mutagen vat.

24min - The Swatter threatens to destroy the city with a swarm of super termites unless the Turtles meet him atop the Empire State Building. Michelangelo seeks help from pal Brick Bradley.
23min - Krang sends Shredder, Rocksteady and Bebop after new mutagen Compound X-7, which Krang thinks will un-mutate the Turtles.
24min - Krang uses Big Louie to steal anti-freeze to try to start the Technodrome, now stuck in the Arctic. Shredder zaps Turtle pal Napoleon Bonafrog with mutagen.
23min - Raphael, convinced he is dying due to a faulty reading by Donatello's Health-O-Meter, becomes do-gooder the Green Defender, popping up around the city foiling crime.
23min - Krang fools fly-headed criminal Baxter Stockman into laying siege to the city with his control of millions of flies, seeking to blow out the city's power and then take over.
23min - Donatello creates an egotistical clone of himself who stuffs Donatello in a trunk. Pinky McFingers captures the clone and goads him into cloning millions of rats.
23min - Bebop dumps a vat of mutagen into the Arctic ice, creating a gigantic Ice Monster who Krang unleashes on the city to help him steal thermal nuclear devices to free the Technodrome.
23min - Muscleman fiend Wally Airhead captures the Turtles with a runaway exercise machine trap to add their powers to his race of super musclemen, but the Turtles escape.
23min - Krang plots to take the city by luring citizens into an interdimensional "Krang's Chasm" at sea by inserting Shredder in place of DJ Dickie Bark as a Pied Piper on a steamship.
23min - Raphael, seeking to establish his credentials as a Master of Disguise, disguises himself as dog criminal Mad Dog McMutt.
23min - Professor Mindbender fools the Mayor into installing Lex, a supercop robot, to clean up crime, but rewires him to arrest practically the whole city.
23min - Zach's over-active imagination has him seeing aliens everywhere. Sent to military school, he discovers actual aliens posing as officers.
23min - The Polarisoids, a family of alien tourists, return to Earth unwittingly invited by Krang, who has Shredder steal the Polarisoids' video camera.
23min - Professor Pifflecoot abducts April and the Turtle's Eye, a sacred ruby from the mummy Amun Turt-el, which he thinks will make him Ruler of the World.
22min - Krang and Shredder transport to the City Wild Animal Park with Bebop and Rocksteady to create an army of mutants from the animals there.
