This documentary follows an elite team of search and rescue workers from Texas A&M Task Force 1. When Tropical Storm Imelda brought record-breaking flash flooding to southeast Texas in September 2019, the team battled to save lives and evacuate stranded residents from a community that had been devastated by Hurricane Harvey just two years earlier.
